This is the third book in the Forbidden Desires series and should be read/listened to after Dirty Little Secret & Dirty Little Promise as each story builds on events from the previous ones. The first two books left poor Cooper completely devastated and it was so nice for him to get his HEA. I actually liked this better than the totality of the first two books. I felt like it was more realistic and the angst wasn’t as contrived. Corrine and Cooper come together with an original understanding that they will have a sex-only relationship. When feelings come to play – Corrine’s secrets threaten their relationship. This sounds cliche, but it was pulled off in a unique way that makes Cooper and even more amazing man.
Narration:
Zachary Webber is wonderful. This is my first time listening to Ava Erickson and I loved her performance.
