Fraternize

No matter how damaged your heart may be, it never loses its ability to choose again, to try again, to want love even after loss.

Rachel Van Dyken
Fraternize

Format:
Audible. At the time of this review you can read & listen via Kindle Unlimited. The book is $4.99 & you can add the audio for $1.99 ~ so still less than a credit. I originally listened via KU, but enjoyed it so much I opted to buy it and it’s a book I’ve listened to several times.

Publisher’s Synopsis:

Point of view:

Rellim’s Thoughts:
Rachel Van Dyken does what she does best and gives us a story where we laugh, cry, love the MC’s, get frustrated with the MC’s, and then when it’s all done ~ we want more!

Possibly spoiler but I almost didn’t listen to this because I thought it was a love-triangle. But it’s really not. Emerson has a past with Miller that she needs to come to terms with before she can fully be with Grant. Listening to it all unfold is a thing of beauty. Anyone can see that Miller gets his own book next, so it’s not that big a spoiler.

Narration:
Summer Morton, Jeremy York, & Aiden Snow are all fantastic. Having three narrators to give each main character a voice brings an extra depth to the audio. Jeremy York continues to voice Miller in the next book, Infraction, which is nice for continuity of the series.

Trigger Warnings (possible spoilers):
Miscarriage. Emerson’s father has dementia.
