Format:
ebook

Publisher’s Synopsis:
I don’t need a pack. I’m doing just fine on my own.

Until one tiny mistake has me perfuming enough to draw every enforcement officer in a ten block radius.

I know what awaits me if I go into custody as an unclaimed Omega, so when a blazing hot and surprisingly kind Alpha throws me a life raft, I grab hold with both hands.

Only problem? He didn’t exactly clear his claim on me with his pack. They don’t want an Omega. Especially Thane, who seems to be calling the shots.

At least they’re letting me stay until they find another pack to take me. I should be grateful, but being trapped in a mansion with four unbonded Alphas that smell like heaven is pure torture.

Fox, Miles, Levi, and Thane are everything an Omega could ever want, but there’s a reason I was in hiding.

I have to remember… I’m Knot Their Omega.

Point of view:
1st person. Alternating between Riley, Miles, Fox, Levi, and Thane’s perspectives.

Rellim’s Thoughts:
This was my first time reading EJ Lawson, but it won’t be my last. Captivate had all the emotions: suspense, anguish, comfort, angst, love, and more. If you’re like me, you’ll need some tissues.

Lawson did a good job of building this world and giving Riley a heartbreaking back story. While I wish that the background of the characters and the families beyond Thane’s had been explored more, I did appreciate each character’s individuality and how it stayed consistent throughout the books. I love that while there’s Omega & Alpha biology at work – there’s still respect, consent, and a chance for the characters to build a real relationship. I also enjoyed that the Pack was formed before Riley and that Miles, Fox, Levi, and Thane have their own individual relationships. There’s some sexy MM scenes, including a group scene.

It’s an emotional road for this Pack, but Lawson breaks it up with a little levity and fun banter between the characters. I enjoyed the epilogue and I’m interested to see where the series goes from here.
